It's pretty insane

Author: 2011/03/15

People viewing the CTF National Debt Clock are shocked by how fast the federal debt is adding up. The numbers are a blur as Canada's federal debt increases at an incredible $1,400 a second. The Clock stopped in Red Deer on March 2, 2011 as part of its nation-wide tour to expose Canada's government debt problem. The tour started at Mile 0 in Victoria on February 22, 2011 and expects to finish in Halifax, the last week of March.
